Before your departure, we’ll carry out a full check of the plumbing. We’ll make sure there aren’t any damaged pipes or drains that need cleaning. We’ll check for any leaking toilets or faucets. If repairs are needed, we’ll carry them out whenever it’s convenient for you. The most important thing is that, on your return, everything will be in perfect working order.
Our concierge services will take great care of your property in your absence. We’ll close the water supply at the main shut-off valve, to avoid any risk of flood damage.
